Simultaneous interpretation

Working in market gardening is so painful that it is difficult to get a loyal seasonal workforce. Some producers even suffer from physical pains in their early 40S. Mitigating painfulness is thus crucial in order to allow continuation of these businesses. This presentation in an opportunity to introduce the ergonomic approach developed by Toutiterre and ERGOS Ergonomie in order to design the cobot called TOUTILO as well as the Auray experimental station and is different tools aiming at reducing painfulness at work (robots, straddle tractors, seats, trolleys, etc.) The MSA Ain Rhône (Mutual insurance company for agriculture) will also introduce an encompassing support system for the design of new buildings and aiming at improving working conditions.
