During this 3-year project, developed by ARELPAL, tests have been conducted about irrigation practices for vegetable crops in Pays-de-la-Loire. The objective was to reach three main objectives: to determine the needs in water of the main vegetable crops and to offer adapted irrigation strategies, to assess the most efficient irrigation systems (such as drip irrigation) for some crops and finally to test and compare different decision-making support tools (such as the connected probes).
