Workers who are members of the Mutuelle Sociale Agricole (MSA) (Mutual Insurance Company for Agriculture) are entitled to an individual monitoring of their health. It is adapted to the needs of the person and work station hazards. Workers’ health is a source of legal obligations for employers. The last health reform in France dates back to 29^th August 2017. The monitoring is made by a multidisciplinary team of health at work experts, notably occupational physicians and health at work nurses.
