Speakers : Florent BANCTEL, Thomas CHASSAING et Perrine DUBOIS, Conseillers viticulture - Chambre d’agriculture Pays de Loire.

Fighting against wood diseases is a complex and multi-factor process. It is organised together with wine growers in order to design technical pathways preventing their progression. Within the framework of the national plan against vineyard decline, ATV49 and the Chamber of Agriculture of Pays-de-la-Loire set up to groups of MIV (Mobilisation et Innovation Vigneronne – Wine growing Innovation and Mobilising) wine growers to confront techniques and their economic impact to the reality of farms. During this talk, the following topics will be tackled: vine plant, vine nursery in Maine-et-Loire, wood disease group dynamics with a testimony of a wine grower, the agronomic basics to not forget to turn planting into success and how to best support the first years of a young vineyard.
