Small organic fruits, essentially red fruits (blackcurrant, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) are used in many recipes: jams, coulis, milk-based deserts, pastries, ice-creams, fruit juices, herb teas, syrups, liqueurs, etc.

Many companies are thus using small organic fruits and often import them to meet their needs. National production of small organic fruits only represented 629 hectares in 2017 or 3.4% of all organic fruit crop surfaces. In a strongly growing and innovative organic market, the demand for small fruits is increasing. If you wish to convert to organic farming or diversify your organic productions, come and listen to testimonies of producers and processors as they will give information about their activities and needs.
