Seasonal Employment

Saisons en Anjou is a network of employer/employee representatives as well as employment, training and integration actors who work with seasonal employment in agriculture.

Indeed, the territory is facing several challenges:

• A lack of qualified seasonal workers in the 49th department
• A difficulty in retaining seasonal workers within companies
• A need to support companies in their social responsibility in order to increase their attractiveness
• A need to inform employees about their career in agriculture

The network aims to work on each of these issues, in order to suggest simple, quick actions to respond to them thanks to the work carried out in partnership between its various members.

You are :

• An agricultural company hiring seasonal workers, you can see us at the forum to obtain advice and tools to recruit and retain your seasonal workers.
• An agricultural seasonal, come and visit us to get the latest tools for your seasonal job search.
• A partner in employment, training or integration and you want to know what actions have already been put in place, come and discuss with the different members of the network.
