Cooling-off period
Purchases made at the trade show - with the exception of those covered by a consumer credit contract and those resulting from a personal invitation to visit a stand to collect a gift - do not give rise to a right of withdrawal under the conditions set out in articles L.311-11 et seq (14-day right of withdrawal for consumer credit offers) and L 121-21 et seq (14-day right of withdrawal for off-premises contracts) of the French Consumer Code.
The exhibitor is obliged to inform the consumer before the conclusion of any contract under the conditions set out in art. L. 121-97 of the French Consumer Code.
Photos taken during the show
Furthermore, we inform you that the press and television are likely to be present at events organized by Destination Angers and that certain photographs or videos in which you may appear during your visit may be used by the press and/or by us, on various media both online and offline, for the purposes of illustrating the Event and informing the public. Destination Angers is not responsible for photos/images/films taken at the Show and distributed by professional or private third parties.
