Visit “La scène” where SIVAL offers an immersive space to understand and experience diversification in all its forms, in partnership with the Pays de la Loire and Gironde Chambers of Agriculture, CTIFL,INRAE, and VEGEPOLYS VALLEY. Diversification enables producers to make a better living from their work, adapt to crises and climate change, and make the most of their expertise and resources.
For three days, this space offers visitors :

This space offers 30-minute forums over three days:
- 26 sessions in all,

The program is structured around six main themes to help growers explore all forms of diversification:

- Plant production: new Sectors, new crops, new species
- Recovery and processing: co-products, recycling, on-farm processing, higher value-added products
