ADACLIM – Climate change: correcting imbalances in wines

file_60494d69d67f4add824ffe9141c8245b
Description

The HydrosoilWise project aims to test
different soil management techniques that limit the effects of
climate change. The ASTREDHOR Loire-Bretagne station in Angers is working
on two methods: massively increasing the organic matter content by
adding BRF to the soil and mulching with straw. These two methods
aim to achieve self-fertilizing itineraries, without the use of herbicides and with
a significant reduction in watering. The conference will present the
initial results, which are extremely promising after three years of cultivation.
