DEPHY, 10 years of results! Global impacts for a winery (case study)

DEPHY network, 10 years of results!
Description

The DEPHY network is over 10 years old. 415 cropping systems in the viticulture sector show an average 24% reduction in IFT excluding biocontrol between the initial state and the average for the 2018-2020 campaigns, with different evolution trajectories. Florent BANCTEL, DEPHY network engineer, will present the details of these developments (reduced use of CMRs, use of biocontrol, reduced use of herbicides, etc.) and their impact on overall farm performance. Using the concrete case of a DEPHY farm in Maine et Loire, Camille DOMEC-MOULIE will describe the economic, environmental and social consequences of changes in practices linked to the reduced use of plant protection products.
