DEPHY viticulture national meetings: 10 years of results
The DEPHY network is over 10 years old. On a national scale, 415 winegrowing systems show an average 24% reduction in IFT (excluding biocontrol) after a decade. Florent BANCTEL, DEPHY Territorial Engineer, will present the details of these developments (reduced use of CMRs, use of biocontrol, reduced use of herbicides, etc.) and their impact on overall farm performance. Then, winegrowers from the Loire Valley and DEPHY group leaders from 37, 44, 49 and 86 will talk about changes in production systems and the range of techniques implemented to sustainably reduce the use of plant protection products.
