SIVAL stands out for its ability to identify and promote emerging Sectors . It thus responds to the evolving needs of producers, processors and distributors.

Visitors to SIVAL discover new crops in France every year. These include plant proteins (lentils, chickpeas), microalgae, hemp, quinoa, tea, therapeutic cannabis, hops, new varieties of exotic fruit such as yellow kiwi and goji berries, etc.
