The Institut Français de la Vigne et du Vin (IFV) plays a central role at SIVAL, bringing its technical and scientific expertise to the entire sector wine industry. The IFV plays an active role at the show, organizing and leading the annual Euroviti Colloquium, conferences and technical tasting workshops.

InterLoire, the interprofessional organization for the wines of the Val de Loire, contributes to the promotion and development of the region's sector wine industry. InterLoire is taking part in SIVAL to meet with Loire Valley winegrowers, answer their questions and promote the work carried out by sector to develop Loire Valley wines.

The Fédération Viticole Anjou Saumur takes part in SIVAL every year, meeting and serving winegrowers.
